When the Aguilar sisters shared their testimony at last October’s Night of Worship, they had no idea if their prayers to be reunited with their parents would ever be answered (http://wp.me/p1toK4-7f). In addition to becoming recent members of ALCF, find out how God has ignited their journey of faith and obedience.
Since December 2010, Reyna and her younger sister Danae have been glued to their phones, apprehensively awaiting updates on their parents’ escape from Cuba. Reyna wonders, “Why is it taking so long?” But, earlier this year, her question is answered. Sitting aboard an inbound flight to San Francisco, her parents are mesmerized by the view of an April skyline. As the beautiful pinpricks of light grow brighter and brighter, Pablo and Dulce Aguilar are about to complete the last leg of an arduous, four-month journey from Cuba into the waiting arms of their daughters.
